The provider was great however the front desk lady was happy to inconvenience our day by telling us we would have to come back another day bc we did not have the right form. She offered absolutely no help to resolve the issue that day but just continued to be a barrier until I got upset at the situation. I contacted the referring office and resolved my own issue that day. You are in healthcare, you should go the extra mile to help people overcome the barriers they face. Instead you just slam one door after the next. Do better, care about people again and actually invest in the people you serve. Healthcare is nothing more than another failed system.

I had a cyst on my back a few months ago Derm one removed it and sent it for testing. It came back none cancerous. The itching problem returned a little while back and a friend who saw the spot on my back suggested I get checked out. I called Derm one on Thursday and was able to get an appointment for the next day at 1:10 p.m.. it worked out well I was checked by the same doctor and it was determined that a cream on the scar should help. There was no concern about other problems with the scar. I am very pleased with their service also happy to see so many people using it that day.

This is one of the most unprofessional offices I have ever been to. The doctor was on a private phone call that all the patients could hear, when called to his attention he became extremely rude and hateful to the patient. They sent the anesthesiologist out for the doctors morning coffee, making patients waiting longer. The doctor actually told the patient to leave if he didn’t like his attitude. Now I can hear the doctor talking to another patient about what was brought up to him. Sharing info with other patients again very unprofessional. Find you another dermatologist!

Oak Hill office staff accommodated a same day appointment request. This was very helpful due to my work schedule and anxiety over a mole that was hurting and needed checked. Nursing staff friendly too and provider, Seth, was also professional and kind and did a great job explaining the process to remove the mole. Easy local anesthesia made the removal quick and painless. I was back to work in about 20 minutes! Thank you!

Horrible customer service. When you call the local office, your call is sent to a call center to handle. Local office never answers the phone. Had a problem with a prescription, called and left a message and never received a call back so I stopped by the office to get it straightened out and nurse said she would call me back and never did. Still don’t have the prescription. Have no choice but to find a different Dermatologist. They seem to not care about the patient at all. Very disappointing.

I was having removal of a bump on L temple. I thought the way they handled preparation and performance of the procedure was fine. I don't remember signing any consent for the procedure. Everyone there at the Beckley office was absolutely wonderful I was nervous and scared about the whole ordeal but they all was so kind and sweet to me that I felt alot better. Beautiful offices Was called back quickly. Nurses were very Friendly and helpful. Dr Brian came in, looked at my problem. He was going to give a prescription. As he and the nurse was walking out I told him I was disappointed. I came there for a diagnosis, not a prescription and told to come back in thirty days. I ask him for a biopsy. I have had this problem at least 6 months or more. He did the biopsy and stitched me. I am to go back to have my stitches removed in7 days. 12 days for biopsy results. Just a note, doctors need to wear their white coats.

I cannot remember the Drs name but she came in in street clothes and so down to earth that I absolutely relaxed. I needed a punch biopsy and I swear, no pain at all. A little tiny needle for numbing purposes. I live much closer to at least one of their offices but choose to travel because of relaxing atmosphere.

Chad is great!!! He's wonderful with both my girls. He gives great suggestions for improvement on the issue and makes sure not only I as parent understand but kids understand as well. All of the staff is very nice. Never had a problem with this office.

It was wonderful I was a little nervous not being there But when Mrs Buckner came in all the scared n nervous went away She took her time with me and explained what we were going to do to fix my problem. I will highly recommend.her to everyone when I left there I felt happy and relieved she cared to help me solve my problem.
